My friend Joe Kutchera is a lovable white guy from Milwaukee.  He's also a digital marketing guru for companies that want to reach Spanish-speaking audiences.  
 
Joe's come up with a funny concept to explain how he blends his North American identity with his passion for Mexico and South America. He calls himself a Gringo Latino.  Joe wanted to spark a conversation about adopting new cultures so we created this "Top 10" list.
